Rhythm Workshop

The Rhythm workshop is a class designed to help aspiring musicians and students of all instruments develop their understanding of rhythm both in a listening and performing sense and also with verbal and written communication. It is beneficial for anyone from school students (especially HSC students) to established songwriters and performers.

Beginners

Minums, Crotchets, Quavers. Quaver triplets. Learning Ostinatos. Common time signatures.

Intermediate

Minums, Crotchets, Quavers, Semi-Quavers. Syncopated rhythms. Dotted rhythms. Hemiolas. Compound time signatures.
