Terms and Conditions

ALL LESSONS MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN THE PERIOD ALLOCATED ON THE INVOICE
Lessons may not be carried over into any subsequent blocks of lessons.

Missed Lessons/Makeup Lessons
A makeup lesson may be offered provided that a vacancy exists and a minimum of 24 hours
notice has been received. Makeup lessons must be taken within two weeks of the missed lesson or unless otherwise arranged with the teacher.

School Holidays
All private music lessons continue through school holidays. If a student is away more than one
week make-up lessons can be arranged.

Late Payment
We ask that payment is prompt at all times. This allows us to focus on providing high quality
music lessons. Invoices not paid by the due date may incur a LATE FEE of 10% and/or suspension of lessons

Refunds
No refunds on individual lessons or 6 week blocks. 12 week blocks incur a cancellation
fee equivalent to 4 weeks or the remaining lessons, depending on which is the lesser amount.
