Terms and Conditions

BOOKINGS MUST ALWAYS BE PAID IN ADVANCE.

1.      ALL LESSONS MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN THE PERIOD ALLOCATED ON THE INVOICE Lessons may not be carried over into any subsequent blocks of lessons.

2.     Missed lessons
Missed lessons must be paid for.
3.     Makeup Lessons

In the event that a student is unable to attend a lesson a makeup lesson may be offered provided that a vacancy exists and a minimum of 24 hours’ notice has been received. Makeup lessons must be taken within two weeks of the missed lesson or unless otherwise arranged with the teacher. Note: Makeup lessons may be taken during school holidays.
TRANSFERABLE – If a student is unable to attend a lesson It IS transferable to another person.

4.     Teacher Missed Lesson

In the circumstance that a teacher misses a lesson, students will be offered a makeup lesson or given a credit for that lesson.

5.     School Holidays

All private music lessons continue through school holidays. If a student is away more than one week make-up lessons can be arranged.

6.     Late Payment

Invoices not paid by the due date will incur a LATE FEE of 8% and/or SUSPENSION OF LESSONS.

7.     No Refunds on Lessons
