Vanessa is an established Australian singer songwriter currently signed to Winterman and Goldstein management (The Vines, Cloud Control, Josh Pyke), as well as Universal Publishing. She has completed Co-writes with Lee Alexander (Norah Jones), Shane Nicholson (Kasey Chambers), Alex Lloyd, Josh Pyke, Nic Cester (JET) and Toby Martin (Youth Group). Vanessa has performed along side such established artists as Lisa Mitchell, Rai Thistlethwaite (Thirsty Merc), Josh Pyke, Kasey Chambers and Youth Group. She has also performed internationally at The Living Room (New York), The Hotel Cafe (L.A) and Peats Ridge Festival. Vanessa’s self composed song ‘My, My’ is currently the theme song for the new Qantas inflight entertainment campaign.

Vanessa has been teaching singing for over 6 years and has studied with respected vocal teacher’s; Lilija Sile and Stephen Baker. Vanessa is trained in both contemporary and classical methods and teaches students a blend of both. Her overall aim as a teacher is to nurture the student as individuals, and encourage creativity.
